Marcos is an industrial engineer graduated from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA). He holds an MBA from Henley Management College in the United Kingdom, a Diploma in Natural Gas Administration and Economics from the College of Petroleum Studies, United Kingdom. He held different positions at YPF: between 1994 and 2000 he was in charge of the Natural Gas Supply and Processing Area. In July 2000 he was appointed head of the Gas and Liquefied Gas Processing Business at TGS S.A., a company in which he held various positions until 2004. He is a founding partner of Endriven S.A. and was Director of that company until March 2016. He was also General Manager of Gas Meridional S.A., General Manager of C3Plus S.A. and President of Fuels Meridional S.A. He is the Gas and Energy Executive Vice President of YPF since March 2016.

Mr. Shalchi holds a degree in law from the University College of London and a master’s degree in law from the University of Cambridge. He worked at Clifford Chance LLP from 2007 to 2015 and held the position of senior associate. His eight-year experience working at a top tier law firm in multiple locations, and fouryear experience as an in-house counsel in the international energy and infrastructure finance business has given him deep domain knowledge in advising on global investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He is skilled in leading, managing and negotiating complex investments/divestments in jurisdictions across the world, including M&A, debt, equity and structured products, during the entire project cycle, from early stage development to operations phase. Daniel is the CEO of YPF since April 2018 and chairs the Transparency Committee of YPF. He has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA). He worked at Merrill Lynch & Co., in Buenos Aires and New York, occupying the positions of Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for Latin America and was President for the Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay). Previously he was Head of Financial Planning and Investor Relations at Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Adecoagro S.A. He was the Chief Executive Officer of YPF from June 2014 to April 2016. He served as CFO of YPF from July 2012 to April 2018. Since April 2018, he has been the CEO of YPF.
Diego Pando

Diego is a Public Accountant at the National University of Rosario, has a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the Universidad del CEMA, and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Austral de Rosario. He started his career at Arthur Andersen, in the area of auditing and corporate finance. In 2002 he joined the YPF group working initially in one of its subsidiaries, A-Evangelista S.A. In 2005 he joined YPF where he held several positions, currently serving as Controller.

Mr. Castaneda joined the GE Capital in 2006 and has held various positions in the GE Company in the United States and internationally, including, the UK, Mexico, and Australia. He joined GE Energy Financial Services in 2013 and since joining has executed on energy transactions around the world, including, North America, Australia, Europe, and Latin America. He is currently a ​Senior Vice President responsible for the execution of GE EFS investments in Latin America as well as ongoing portfolio manag​ement responsibilit​​​ies.​

Luis is a Public Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), holds an MBA from Austral University, and completed an Organizational Leadership Program at the University of Columbia. He has extensive experience in financial positions since 1984. He was manager of the Financial Operations Department of Telecom, and Manager of Corporate Finance at Pecom Energía. In January 2000, he was appointed CFO of Edesur S.A., and from 2004 to 2015 he served as CFO and member of the Board of Directors of Petrobras Argentina S.A. In 2016 he joined Pampa Energía S.A., and from June 2017 to April 2018 he worked as Corporate Finance Manager and M & A at YPF. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Latin American Economic Research Foundation (FIEL) and of the Argentine Institute of Finance Executives (IAEF). In April 2018 he was appointed CFO (Executive Vice President of Finance) of YPF.

Patricio is a Public Accountant from the University of Belgrano and has a Postgraduate Degree in Oil and Natural Gas Economics from ITBA. Currently, he is the Manager of Strategic Planning and Management of Participants in YPF. Previously, he worked as Planning and Business Development Manager of YPF and in other positions, always developing his professional career in the natural gas industry since joining YPF in 2002. Currently he also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Metrogas SA, Principal Director of Compañía Mega SA, and of other companies linked to the group of YPF companies.
Carlos Weis

Carlos is a Public Accountant from the University of Belgrano. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas from the Universidad Católica Argentina and courses from the University of Texas at Austin and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He joined YPF in 1980 and since then has occupied different management positions within the organization. He was Director of CDS and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of MetroGAS S.A. and Vice President of the MetroENERGÍA S.A. directory. He is currently the LNG Operations Manager of the Executive Vice Presidency of Gas and Energy of YPF.
