Andrés Marcelo Scarone is an Industrial Engineer from the Argentine Catholic University (UCA).  He completed specialization courses at MIT, USA and in Cambridge, United Kingdom. He also has an MBA from the University of Piura in Peru. He joined YPF S.A. in 1994 in the Lubricants commercial area, then he was responsible for the Strategic Clients area and then for the Customer Service desk for Argentina. In 1998 he became Commercial Manager for the YPF operation in Peru; later with the incorporation of YPF to Repsol and was responsible for both commercial networks. From 2004 to 2008 he held the position of Commercial Manager in Ecuador; He then assumed the General Management of Duragas in Guayaquil, a company dedicated to the packaging, distribution and marketing of LPG. In 2010 he became director of Commercial Planning and Control; From 2012 to 2014 he held the Executive Commercial Directorate of YPF for Argentina and the region; From 2015 to 2017 he held the positions of Operational Planning and Supply; and in 2017 he became responsible for the Executive Management of Trading and Chartering. In 2020 until 2024, he served as General Manager of MEGA. As of 2025, he assumes the position of vice president of YPF's New Energy unit and director of YPF Luz.

Patrick is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MA in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University. He has more than 20 years of energy and financial services experience.  He began as a project developer for Enron in Latin America.  He has provided professional services to multiple Fortune 500 corporations and the World Resources Institute to catalyze corporate demand for 1,000 MW of renewable energy.  He is now Managing Director and Global Power Leader for GE Energy Financial Services.​

​ Santiago is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Católica Argentina. He has several postgraduate studies in the areas of Finance, Quality in Management and Environment in Argentina and abroad. He developed undergraduate and postgraduate teaching activities at the Universidad Católica Argentina and at the CEARE​ of the University of Buenos Aires, also collaborating with other academic institutions. He has been working in the energy industry since 1987, holding different positions at Astra C.A.P.S.A. and later in YPF S.A. He is currently in charge of the Investee Management sector, in the YPF Vice Presidency of Gas and Energy.

Marco has a degree in Business Administration, graduated from the University of San Andres and worked in the financial sector for more than 15 years, 10 of those years abroad, at Chase Manhattan Bank and BNP Paribas. He joined YPF as Executive Finance Manager in March 2024.

Mr. Polverini is an industrial engineer from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA), with extensive experience in the evaluation of companies and upstream assets in Latin America and the USA. He has accumulated more than 15 years of know-how in business development and strategic planning within the Oil & Gas and Energy industry. He began his career at Techint Group, where he worked in business development and strategic planning. Later, he joined YPF S.A., taking on roles such as Business Development Manager and eventually becoming Executive Manager for Business Development for the entire YPF Group. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams in bidding processes, M&As, and strategic negotiations with leading sector companies. Recently, he led the portfolio reconversion process at YPF, successfully executing the divestment of nearly 50 conventional fields and reinforcing the company’s position in non-conventional assets, acquiring top-tier NOC assets in both gas and oil.

​ Santiago Sacerdote is an Industrial Engineer from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA) and has a master's degree in Political Science from the Francisco de Vitoria University, in addition to having been a fellow of the Carolina Foundation. He was Director of Programs and Services of the Argentine Industrial Union, Member of the Board and Vice President of Technological Affairs of Conicet, and CEO and General Manager of Y-TEC, a joint venture of YPF and CONICET, where he was also a member of the Board of YPF Ventures, Bioceres Group and CONICET Dialoga. He currently serves as Executive Manager of New Energies Business at YPF, where he leads the creation and management of a corporate portfolio of businesses associated with the energy transition. He has been an alternate member of the Board of Directors of YPF Luz since April 2023.

​ Gabriela Dietrich holds a business administration degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas – Brazil with a specialization in banking and financial services from New York University. Mrs Dietrich joined General Electric in 2011 and has coordinated the development and execution of strategic project finance transaction within Power, O&G and Transportation businesses in Brazil. She is currently responsible for overseeing capital market efforts to raise third party capital and portfolio management activities across Latin America. Prior to joining General Electric, she has worked for ABN AMRO and Santander in Investment Banking.

Javier Martí holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica Argentina and a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He has also completed executive programs in Leadership and Business Management at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, IAE Business School, and Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial market and multinational companies, both in industrial sectors and in e-commerce/Fintech, in Argentina and abroad. He developed his corporate career at the Techint Group, holding various leadership and management positions in Treasury, Financing, Risk Management, and Financial Analysis, with assignments in Argentina, Uruguay, and Europe. In 2021, he joined Mercado Libre to lead risk management for the e-commerce division (Marketplace and Logistics), and in 2022 he was appointed Head of Corporate Risk for all business units. In 2023, he became Financial Director of Lithium Argentina, where he led the company’s global financial operations. In 2024, he assumed the role of Risk and Treasury Executive Manager at YPF and in during 2025 he joined the Board of YPF Luz.

Gastón has a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, and has specializations in Project Management, Leadership (UCA) and Decision Making (ITBA) and Risk Analysis (Rose & Associates) among others. He has a decade of experience in the industry, having worked on issues related to the Market, Investors, Competition Intelligence, Asset Valuation and Portfolio, with focus on Upstream. Currently it is developed in Strategic Gas and Energy Planning.

María Eugenia is a lawyer from the Argentine Catholic University (UCA). He has a master's degree in business law from the University of San Andrés (current thesis) and a postgraduate degree in oil and natural gas law from the University of Buenos Aires. She occupies the position of attorney in the Natural Gas and Energy Management within the Legal Services Department of YPF. María Eugenia also holds the positions of Administrator in the CDS and IDS companies.

Carlos is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires. He served as an associate at the Nicholson and Cano Abogados law firm from 1994 to 2000 and practiced freely from 2000 to 2003. In 2003 he joined the Legal Services Department of YPF as a lawyer in the area of Refining & Marketing . Between 2009 and 2014 he served as Legal Services Manager Neuquén-Río Negro and between 2015 and 2017 as Manager of Legal Services. Since September 2017, he has been the Legal Services Manager of Natural Gas and LPG of the Vice Presidency of Legal Services.

He holds a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires. In 2023 and 2024, he completed management programs at the IAE (Economic and Financial Institutions). In 2012, he joined YPF S.A. in the Accounting Department. From 2014 to 2016, he served as Head of 20F Reporting and Debt Issuance in the Finance Department. From 2017 to July 2023, he served as Manager of Planning and Management Control. Since July 2023, he has served as Executive Manager of Planning, Management Control, Investments, and Strategy. Since April 2025, he has served as Executive Manager of Planning.

Mr. Zipp joined GE in 2004 and has held various positions in the Company while executing and managing large energy transactions around the world.  He holds a BS in Business Administration from the Ohio State University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University.  He is currently a Senior Vice President responsible for leading deal teams tasked with the execution and management of energy investments made by GE Energy Financial Services.

Paula Dutto is a Public Accountant with a degree in Administration, graduating from the Catholic University of Argentina. She has studies in areas of Accounting, Business Administration and Management at the University of San Andrés, Torcuato Di Tella and other Argentine institutions. She has participated in the business management program developed jointly by the IAE and the University of Buenos Aires. She developed undergraduate teaching activities at the Catholic University of Argentina and the University of Buenos Aires. She currently serves as Accounting Manager at YPF S.A., previously as Manager of UTs and other positions in the industry since joining YPF in 2004.

​Pablo is a Petroleum Engineer from the National University of Cuyo. He has 29 years of experience in the Petrochemical and Oil Refining industry, performing various tasks. He joined YPF S.A. in 1995, assuming different roles as Director of Industrial Complexes and also fulfilled executive management functions. Since 2023 he has been the director of Profertil S.A. and executive manager of Downstream Technical Solutions.
