Santiago Martínez Tanoira | President | ||
Santiago Martínez Tanoira is an engineer from the Institute of Technology of Buenos Aires (ITBA) and has an MBA from Austral University. He took specialization courses at Darden, Wharton and Harvard Universities. He joined YPF in 1998 in the Business Development area of the Petrochemical Division. Between 2002 and 2008 he was responsible for the Marketing area and was Planning and Development Manager in the Industrial Products and Chemicals Unit of Argentina. Between 2008 and 2011 he was director of Basic Petrochemicals and Intermediate Products at Repsol Química, in Spain. From 2012 to 2016 he was Executive Manager of the Mendoza Region Upstream Operations and in 2016-17 he was Upstream Executive Vice President. He is Alternate Director of YPF since 2017, when he also assumed the Vice Presidency of the Downstream Business. Since May 2020, he has been Executive Vice President of Gas and Energy, director and president of Compañía Mega S.A. and YPF Luz. | |||
Patrick Leahy | Vicepresident | ||
Patrick is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MA in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University. He has more than 20 years of energy and financial services experience. He began as a project developer for Enron in Latin America. He has provided professional services to multiple Fortune 500 corporations and the World Resources Institute to catalyze corporate demand for 1,000 MW of renewable energy. He is now Managing Director and Global Power Leader for GE Energy Financial Services. | |||
Santiago Fidalgo | Director | ||
Santiago is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Católica Argentina. He has several postgraduate studies in the areas of Finance, Quality in Management and Environment in Argentina and abroad. He developed undergraduate and postgraduate teaching activities at the Universidad Católica Argentina and at the CEARE of the University of Buenos Aires, also collaborating with other academic institutions. He has been working in the energy industry since 1987, holding different positions at Astra C.A.P.S.A. and later in YPF S.A. He is currently in charge of the Investee Management sector, in the YPF Vice Presidency of Gas and Energy. | |||
Patricio Da Ré | Director | ||
Patricio is a Public Accountant from the University of Belgrano and has a Postgraduate Degree in Oil and Natural Gas Economics from ITBA. Currently, he is the Manager of Strategic Planning and Management of Participants in YPF. Previously, he worked as Planning and Business Development Manager of YPF and in other positions, always developing his professional career in the natural gas industry since joining YPF in 2002. Currently he also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Metrogas SA, Principal Director of Compañía Mega SA, and of other companies linked to the group of YPF companies. | |||
Paula Dutto | Director | ||
Paula Dutto is a Public Accountant with a degree in Administration, graduating from the Catholic University of Argentina. She has studies in areas of Accounting, Business Administration and Management at the University of San Andrés, Torcuato Di Tella and other Argentine institutions. She has participated in the business management program developed jointly by the IAE and the University of Buenos Aires. She developed undergraduate teaching activities at the Catholic University of Argentina and the University of Buenos Aires. She currently serves as Accounting Manager at YPF S.A., previously as Manager of UTs and other positions in the industry since joining YPF in 2004. | |||
Jonathan Zipp | Board Member | ||
Mr. Zipp joined GE in 2004 and has held various positions in the Company while executing and managing large energy transactions around the world. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the Ohio State University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University. He is currently a Senior Vice President responsible for leading deal teams tasked with the execution and management of energy investments made by GE Energy Financial Services. | |||
Pablo Rizzo | Director | ||
Pablo is a Petroleum Engineer from the National University of Cuyo. He has 29 years of experience in the Petrochemical and Oil Refining industry, performing various tasks. He joined YPF S.A. in 1995, assuming different roles as Director of Industrial Complexes and also fulfilled executive management functions. Since 2023 he has been the director of Profertil S.A. and executive manager of Downstream Technical Solutions. | |||
Marco Alejandro Bramer Markovic | Director | ||
Marco has a degree in Business Administration, graduated from the University of San Andres and worked in the financial sector for more than 15 years, 10 of those years abroad, at Chase Manhattan Bank and BNP Paribas. He joined YPF as Executive Finance Manager in March 2024. | |||
Santiago Sacerdote | Alternate Board Member | ||
Santiago Sacerdote is an Industrial Engineer from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA) and has a master's degree in Political Science from the Francisco de Vitoria University, in addition to having been a fellow of the Carolina Foundation. He was Director of Programs and Services of the Argentine Industrial Union, Member of the Board and Vice President of Technological Affairs of Conicet, and CEO and General Manager of Y-TEC, a joint venture of YPF and CONICET, where he was also a member of the Board of YPF Ventures, Bioceres Group and CONICET Dialoga. He currently serves as Executive Manager of New Energies Business at YPF, where he leads the creation and management of a corporate portfolio of businesses associated with the energy transition. He has been an alternate member of the Board of Directors of YPF Luz since April 2023. | |||
Gabriela Dietrich | Alternate Board Member | ||
Gabriela Dietrich holds a business administration degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas – Brazil with a specialization in banking and financial services from New York University. Mrs Dietrich joined General Electric in 2011 and has coordinated the development and execution of strategic project finance transaction within Power, O&G and Transportation businesses in Brazil. She is currently responsible for overseeing capital market efforts to raise third party capital and portfolio management activities across Latin America. Prior to joining General Electric, she has worked for ABN AMRO and Santander in Investment Banking. | |||
María Eugenia Bianchi Pintos | Alternate Board Member | ||
María Eugenia is a lawyer from the Argentine Catholic University (UCA). He has a master's degree in business law from the University of San Andrés (current thesis) and a postgraduate degree in oil and natural gas law from the University of Buenos Aires. She occupies the position of attorney in the Natural Gas and Energy Management within the Legal Services Department of YPF. María Eugenia also holds the positions of Administrator in the CDS and IDS companies. | |||
Carlos San Juan | Alternate Board Member | ||
Carlos is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires. He served as an associate at the Nicholson and Cano Abogados law firm from 1994 to 2000 and practiced freely from 2000 to 2003. In 2003 he joined the Legal Services Department of YPF as a lawyer in the area of Refining & Marketing . Between 2009 and 2014 he served as Legal Services Manager Neuquén-Río Negro and between 2015 and 2017 as Manager of Legal Services. Since September 2017, he has been the Legal Services Manager of Natural Gas and LPG of the Vice Presidency of Legal Services. | |||

Fernando is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, holds a master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from ESEADE and has completed several postgraduate programs in the oil and gas industry. Since 2004 he has worked at YPF where he currently holds the position of Legal Services Manager Corporation and was appointed director in several companies in the industry. He previously served as a lawyer for several companies such as Citibank N.A., Basf Argentina S.A. and Auchan Argentina S.A. | |||
Nicolás Mesa | Alternate Board Member | ||
Nicolás has a degree in Economics from the Argentine Catholic University, and has a Master's degree in Project Evaluation from the CEMA University. He worked at Edenor and in 2014 he joined YPF S.A. to the Business Development area. Currently, he works as Financial Structuring Manager. He is also the regular director of Central Térmica Ensenada Barragán and alternate director of Compañía Mega, Refinería del Norte and Metrogas S.A. | |||
