Martín Mandarano - CEO
Héctor Martín Mandarano earned his degree in electrical engineering from the National Technological University in Buenos Aires in 1997. He holds a Master of Business Administration from IAE Business School and a Master of Science in Management from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology. He has held various positions in the Argentine electricity and energy sector over the past 29 years, participating in power system studies and high-voltage network operation at SACME (1997-2000), and in dispatch and energy movement at Pérez Companc (2000-2002). He then served as Division Manager of Electricity Business at Petrobras Energía S.A. from 2001 to 2011, and as Director of the Manuel Belgrano and San Martín Thermal Power Plants from 2002 to 2011. He joined YPF in 2011 as Manager of the Electricity Business Unit with the objective of developing this new business within YPF. He was a director at Metrogas between 2014 and 2016 and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Central Dock Sud since 2012. In 2016, he assumed the role of Executive Manager of the Electricity and Renewables Business at YPF. He has served as General Manager of YPF Energía Eléctrica S.A. since 2013 and as CEO of YPF Luz from March 2018 to the present, having led YPF Energía Eléctrica for more than 13 years.
Gabriel Ábalos - Chief Financial Officer
Gabriel Eduardo Ábalos holds a public accounting degree from University of Buenos Aires (Universidad de Buenos Aires) and earned a Certified International Investment Analyst Certificate issued by ACIIA - The Association of Certified International Investment Analysts®. He began his professional career in 1997 at Arthur Andersen, where he worked in the financial institutions auditing department. In 2003, he joined YPF, where he held several positions in accounting and reporting departments until he was appointed as Manager of Investor Relations and Capital Markets. In 2013 he was appointed Corporate Finance Manager, a position he held until he joined us as Finance Manager in April 2018. In 2024 he was appointed as Project Finance Manager in YPF and in November 2025 he returned to YPF Luz as CFO.
Santiago Sajaroff - Chief Operating Officer
Santiago Matías Sajaroff holds a degree in electrical engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional of Argentina, a master's degree in electrical market management from the Buenos Aires Technological Institute, and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the Argentine Catholic University. Before joining YPF, Mr. Sajaroff served as Operations Manager of CDS for 8 years, and before that, he held different positions at the same company. At YPF he served as commercial manager of Central Dock Sud, electrical business commercial manager of the YPF Gas and Energy Vice-Presidency, and technical manager and projects and constructions manager of the electrical business of the YPF Gas and Energy Vice-Presidency. Since 2018 he has been serving as our Chief Operations Officer at YPF Luz. From 2019 to 2023 he served as President of the Argentine Chamber of Renewable Energy (“CADER”).
Sebastián Torres - Chief Compliance Officer and Audit Manager
Sebastián is a lawyer from the University of Morón and holds a Master's Degree in Commercial and Business Law from the University of Buenos Aires. He worked for Deutsche Bank AG and Bankboston NA in the areas of credit risk and collections. In 2001 he joined GE Capital Argentina, where he led the Legal and Compliance department until mid-2006, when he took on the role of Compliance Integration Manager for one of the most important acquisitions of GE Global Banking in Central America (BAC Credomatic Network), based in Costa Rica. In January 2010 he returned to Argentina to fill the role of Chief Compliance Officer Latin America of GE Global Business Services and years later the role of Executive Compliance Counsel Latin America of GE Global Growth & Operations. He is Chief Compliance Officer of YPF Luz since May 2018.
Jorge Ravlich - Director of Electricity Business
Jorge Esteban Ravlich earned his degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Buenos Aires. He also holds an Executive MBA from IAE Business School. He developed his professional career in the energy sector, holding various positions in sales, planning, and business development at Pérez Companc, Petrobras, and Pampa Energía. He joined YPF Luz in 2017 as Strategic Planning and Development Manager. Since September 2021, he has served as Business Development and Sales Manager. Starting in 2026, he will assume the position of Director of Electricity Business.
Carlos Ariosa - Director of Legal Business
Carlos Ariosa is a lawyer (JD), graduated from the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA), and holds postgraduate degrees in Oil and Natural Gas Law (Faculty of Law, University of Buenos Aires, 1995) and in Electricity and Natural Gas Market Management (ITBA, 2001). He has served as Director of Legal Business at YPF Luz since April 2021. Before joining the Company, he spent 10 years as Legal Affairs Manager at Edenor S.A., and prior to that, as Legal Affairs Director at Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (TGS), and as Legal Manager of Gas and Energy at Petrobras Energía S.A. (formerly Pecom Energía S.A.). For the past 25 years, Mr. Ariosa has served on the Supervisory Boards of various energy companies, including Edesur S.A., Transener S.A., Compañía Mega S.A., Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A., and Sacme S.A., among others. He has also been an alternate director of Edenor S.A. and since April 2022 has been a full director of Central Dock Sud S.A. He worked in the National Judiciary and in the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic.
Mariana Iribarne - Institutional Relations and Sustainability Senior Manager
Mariana Iribarne holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from Wake Forest University (United States) and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Columbia University (United States). She has extensive experience in public affairs, institutional relations and sustainability across both the public and private sectors, having worked as a consultant at Argentina's Ministry of Economy and as an economic advisor at the Australian Embassy and the European Union Delegation in Argentina. She later held leadership roles in corporate affairs and government relations at leading multinational companies such as Intel, General Electric and Visa, with responsibilities across Argentina and the Southern Cone. She currently serves as Institutional Relations and Sustainability Manager at YPF Luz, where she leads the company's institutional engagement, sustainability strategy and stakeholder management.
Gisela Fanciotti - People and Culture Senior Manager
Gisela Elisa Fanciotti obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from the National University of Tucumán, and a postgraduate specialization in strategic human resources management from the University of San Andrés. She held different positions in the energy sector, serving as Human Resources Business Partner at Gasmarket from 2007 to 2011, gas marketer at the Argentine Northwest and Pluspetrol Energy from 2011 to 2013 and Human Resources Business Partner at YPF Energía Eléctrica for the plants located in El Bracho until 2017. In 2017, she assumed the role of Manager of Training and Development until 2021. She also worked as Manager of the Center of Expertise in People and Culture. Mrs. Fanciotti is currently working as People and Culture Senior Manager at YPF Luz.
Gonzalo Seijo - Project and Works Engineering Senior Manager
Gonzalo Gastón Seijo obtained his degree in electronic engineering from the National University of Tucumán and his master's degree in energy from the Center for Studies of Energy Regulatory Activity (CEARE, of the University of Buenos Aires). Among other positions, he served at YPF as project engineer at the Lujan de Cuyo refinery, head of instrumentation and control maintenance at the La Plata refinery, and project manager for the New Coke A in the engineering department. He also worked as project manager at YPF Luz in the El Bracho combined cycle and La Plata cogeneration power plants. He subsequently served as construction manager at YPF Luz until his appointment as project and works engineering manager in October 2021.
Carlos Mafia Del Castillo - Senior Manager of Innovation and Technology
Carlos holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management from the University of Belgrano, and an MBA from IAE Business School. He began his professional career in 2005 at Edenor, later working at Duke Energy and Energy Consulting Services. He joined YPF Luz in February 2019 as Head of Models and Studies, and subsequently as Head of Strategic Planning in the Electricity Business Management division. He then served as Commercial Manager of the Dock Sud Thermal Power Plant and its subsidiaries, until February 2023 when he was appointed Innovation and Technology Senior Manager.
Alejandro Avayú - Senior Manager of Cross-Functional and Operational Services
Alejandro is a public accountant from the University of Buenos Aires, has an MBA from the Bolivian Catholic University, in agreement with Harvard University, and a Postgraduate in Business Management from IAE. In 1997 he joined YPF, working in Bolivia, Iran, Dubai and Iraq, as finance controller and financial advisor. From 2013 until 2017 he worked as Managing Director of Trading Companies of YPF. In August 2017 he joined YPF Luz.
