Héctor Martín Mandarano - CEO
Martín is an electrical engineer from the National Technological University in Buenos Aires, he holds a Masters in Business Administration from IAE and a Masters in Management of the Wholesale Electricity Market from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA). He has held different responsibilites in the Argentine electricity and energy sector, participating in studies of power systems and operation of high voltage networks in SACME (1997-2000), and dispatch, movement of energy in Perez Companc (2000-2002). He was Manager of the Electricity Business Division at Petrobras Energía S.A. between 2001 and 2011, Director of Thermal Plants Manuel Belgrano and San Martin between 2002 and 2011, Electrical Business Manager at YPF from 2011 to 2016, Director at Metrogas between 2014 and 2016 and Chairman of the Board of Central Dock Sud since 2012. He joined to YPF in 2011, performing as Manager of the Electricity Business. In 2016 he assumed the position of Executive Manager of the Electric and Renewable Business. He has served as General Manager of the Company since 2013.
Santiago Sajaroff - Chief Operating Officer
Santiago is an Electrical Engineer from the National Technological University, with a Masters in Electrical Market Administration from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires and a Masters in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina. At YPF he worked as Commercial Manager of CDS, Commercial Manager of the Electric Business of the Vice Presidency of Gas and Energy of YPF, then as Manager of Technical Management, Projects and Constructions of the Electric Business of the Vice Presidency of Gas and Energy of YPF and as Manager of Technical Management, Projects and Constructions of YPF EE. In addition, since 2016 he has served as Deputy Director, then Regular Director and currently as Vice President of CDS. Prior to joining YPF, Santiago served as Chief of Operations of CDS for almost 10 years and previously in other positions in the same company. Since January 2017, he has been COO of the Company.
Sebastián Torres - Audit Manager and Chief Compliance Officer
Sebastián is a lawyer from the University of Morón and holds a Master's Degree in Commercial and Business Law from the University of Buenos Aires. He worked for Deutsche Bank AG and Bankboston NA in the areas of credit risk and collections. In 2001 he joined GE Capital Argentina, where he led the Legal and Compliance department until mid-2006, when he took on the role of Compliance Integration Manager for one of the most important acquisitions of GE Global Banking in Central America (BAC Credomatic Network), based in Costa Rica. In January 2010 he returned to Argentina to fill the role of Chief Compliance Officer Latin America of GE Global Business Services and years later the role of Executive Compliance Counsel Latin America of GE Global Growth & Operations. He is Chief Compliance Officer of YPF Luz since May 2018.
Alejandro Avayú - Operational Services Manager
Alejandro is a public accountant from the University of Buenos Aires, has an MBA from the Bolivian Catholic University, in agreement with Harvard University, and a Postgraduate in Business Management from IAE. In 1997 he joined YPF, working in Bolivia, Iran, Dubai and Iraq, as finance controller and financial advisor. From 2013 until 2017 he worked as Managing Director of Trading Companies of YPF. In August 2017 he joined YPF Luz.
Jorge Ravlich - Electric Business Manager
Jorge is a public accountant, with a financial specialization from the University of Buenos Aires and an EMBA from IAE. He started his professional career in 1997 in the companies Pérez Companc, Petrobras Argentina and Pampa Energía. He was Director of Termoeléctrica Manuel Belgrano, Termoeléctrica San Martín, WEBSA, Distrilec and Enecor, Member of the Board of Directors of AGEERA and ATEERA. He joined YPF Luz in 2017.
Mariana Iribarne - Institutional Relations and Sustainability Manager
Mariana holds a BA in political science and economics from Wake Forest University, and an MPA from Columbia University. She began her career in 1995 at the Ministry of Economy, in the National Directorate of Public Investment. Between 1997 and 2004 she was Economic Advisor at the Embassy of Australia and between 2004 and 2008 Economic and Commercial Advisor of the European Union in Argentina. In 2008 she became Corporate Affairs Manager of Intel Corporation, and between 2012 and 2017 she was Public Policy Manager of General Electric South Cone. Mariana joined YPF Luz in June 2018.
Pedro Kearney - CFO
Pedro is a accountant graduated from the Argentine Catholic University and has an MBA from the Torcuato Di Tella University. He joined YPF S.A. in 2003 in human resources management, where he worked in positions associated with budget, control and organization, both in Buenos Aires and in Madrid, where he served as Planning and Control leader within the framework of a relocation program for Repsol. As of 2020, he was Executive Manager of Planning and Finance at YPF S.A. and in 2022 he joined the Board of Directors of YPF Luz, until his current appointment as Chief Financial Officer.
Carlos Ariosa - Legal Manager
Carlos is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina, with postgraduate degrees in Electricity and Natural Gas Market Administration (ITBA) and in Oil and Natural Gas Law (UBA). With extensive experience in the Judiciary of the Nation, he continued his professional development in leadership positions in Pecom, Petrobras Argentina, TGS (Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A.), EMDERSA and Edenor. Carlos joined the YPF Luz team in April 2021.
Carlos Mafia Del Castillo - Manager of Innovation and Technologie
Carlos is an Industrial Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires and a Postgraduate in Strategic Management from the University of Belgrano. He began his professional career in 2005 at Edenor, working at Duke Energy and Energy Consulting Services. He joined the company in February 2019 to work in the Commercial Management as Head of Models and Studies and then as Head of Strategic Planning in the Electrical Business Management. Then, he served as Commercial Manager of Dock Sud Thermal Power Plant and Investees, until in February 2023 he was appointed Manager of Innovation and Technologie.
Gonzalo Seijo - Project and Works Engineering Manager
Gonzalo is an Electronic Engineer from the National University of Tucumán and completed the Interdisciplinary Master's Degree in Energy from CEARE of the University of Buenos Aires Argentina. Among other positions he worked at YPF as Project Engineer at Lujan de Cuyo refinery, Head of Instrumentation and Control Maintenance at La Plata refinery, Project Manager of Nuevo Coque A in the Engineering Directorate. Later he joined the firm YPF Luz as Project Manager participating in the combined cycle of El Bracho and in Cogeneration La Plata. He subsequently served as Construction Manager of the Society, until his appointment as Project and Works Engineering Manager on October 1, 2021.
Gisela Fanciotti - People and Culture Manager
Gisela is a psychologist graduated from the National University of Tucumán and completed a Specialization in Human Resources Management at the University of San Andrés. He began his career at YPF Luz in 2013 as a Business Partner of the Generación Tucumán Complex. In 2018 she took over as Head of Training, Talent and Culture until the end of 2022 and subsequently as Manager of the People and Culture Expertise Center. Prior to this experience, she worked as a Business Partner at Pluspetrol and Head of Human Resources at Gasmarket, a gas marketer.
