Loma Campana Complex

The Loma Campana I and II Complex are located, near the provincial route 17 km 12, in Añelo, Neuquén Province, Argentina, in the heart of one of the most outstanding unconventional oil production fields in Argentina, called Loma Campana. The plants are independent and consist of a gas turbine with an available power of 105 and 107 MW respectively, which inject their energy production into the National interconnection network at 132 Kv. The energy provided is equivalent to the monthly consumption of 380,000 homes. Loma Campana Este is located 18 km from the Loma Campana Complex. It is made up of 12 gas engines with a power of 17 MW to supply energy to the Loma Campana Field at 13.2 kv. The plant has the following certifications: ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 50001 for energy management. The thermoelectric plant has a green lung of more than 100,000 poplars planted in an area of ​​130 hectares. All the irrigation for afforestation comes from reused water from our Loma Campana I and II power plants. ​
